Follow up is key!
I preach this to those that I coach and I’ve found the queen of follow up. Her name is Jaime Lee Mann, owner of Mann Made Time and her follow up skills took her from 0 to 60 billable hours per month within four months of opening her doors!
Jaime’s growth since opening, less than a year ago, has been amazing and it’s not because she’s spent a small fortune on marketing – it’s because she’s mastered the art of follow up.
Then she took it one step further and is bringing it you! Her latest book, appropriately called “The Art of Follow Up” includes scenarios that you can relate to as well as email and telephone conversation templates that you can apply!

Permalink 9 CommentsTuesday, I posted an article entitled “What Are You Doing to Create a Thriving Business?” by Yvonne Weld. Yvonne is a phenomenal VA and I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know her over the past year through the Revolution.
Recently, she wrote a book called “The Ultimate Guide to Creating a Thriving Business” and asked me if I would review it.
WOW!
Basically, there’s not much more to say.
The premise of her guide is creating a manual for your business in case something happened to you. Have you thought about what would happen to your business if you got hit by a bus tomorrow? While that is not a pleasant thought, the reality of it is…it’s possible. And if that happened, would your business survive?
After reviewing Yvonne’s book, I began a plan for the Revolution and I’m so glad that I did. While working on my plan, I’ve been able to think bigger about the business and dive deeper into what I’m offering, how I’m offering it and what I can do better.
